Verl Richards grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and attended Southern Vocational High School and the Community College of Allegheny County. She was the secretary and bookkeeper at First Baptist Church for 24 years and retired May 2010. She enjoys dogs, flowers, children and travel, noting that she like to travel ANYWHERE!
